2.2: Target Audience for mime

Our target audience for the performance is people around the age group of 11+. The main group is 11-16 year old, but it is welcome to all adults and younger children. It would be ideal if the audience has some interest in modern mime and is willing to try out new things. The audience will easily be able to relate to what we are portraying as we show everyday situations and problems that occur, but just in a more interesting way and a lot more exaggerated. There is no cost to our show, which makes it a lot more accessible to a wider audience.

2.2: Audience Survey Results

From these results, I have learnt that our main audience is those who are 16+. Another thing is not many people haver ever watched a mime performance before, which makes it all the more interesting yet challenging for us to encourage people to watch it. Having said that, it shows that many are willing to watch it which is ideal for us. In question 5, all of the things that people said that they wanted to see included in a mime performance, we have, so this is a huge bonus for us.
